ART

Exploring, experimenting, creating.

My artistic practice is inspired by the world that surrounds me. Sometimes I learn from others, sometimes I try to create something of my own inspiration. I prefer using natural materials when possible. I am interested in what is transmitted through objects, places, traditions, and lived experiences.

ART EXHIBITIONS

In 2021, I curated an exhibition exploring my sociological research on the experiences of the Richmond community, in Quebec’s Eastern Townships, during the COVID-19 pandemic. I selected artists whose work reflected on the community’s experiences and brought the exhibition to life at the Richmond County Historical Society.

ARTIST RESIDENCY

In spring 2026, I took part in the Manang Artist Residency in Ngawal, in Nepal’s Annapurna region. Immersed in the mountain landscape and local culture, I learned traditional weaving techniques using sheep’s and yak’s wool. I also explored my interest in ceramics, creating work inspired by a South Korean ceramic artist and learning an ancient firing technique.
